So I had an incident last night and I called the ambulance and they were gonna take me to seven Oaks but they weren’t very nice so I didn’t like their tone with me. Literally do not answer their phone. They said I have an amount owing and I asked them to email it to me which was not done. So I have called repeatedly for 3 days to just get MY OWN INVOICE and not a single person has called me back - literally the worst service ever for life saving services. Will be reporting this in any way I can to the city cause this is ridiculous. Hope whoever works in their finance dept is fired cause you’re just horrible.
