I couldn't believe how rude the dentist was to her staff as soon as they were out of ear shot. Extremely unprofessional. Like a bunch of teenage girls gossiping. Requiring 72 *business hours notice to cancel or change an appointment is unheard of $110.11 fee no matter if it's a family emergency. I guess they are getting every dollar out of the place before it goes under

I have been a patient for many years and hung on as long as I could but it's at the point where my job is on the line for missing so much time now. A great dentist is hard to find but despite calling ahead to see if they are running late it's a minimum hour wait every time. The longest time i had to wait was over 4 hours. Completely unacceptable, this was not a random occurence it's been this bad for years now and obvious why staff turnover is so bad.

Highly recommend avoiding. Dentist is ok but dental assistant was absolutely terrible. Rude and providing inaccurate information. So many great dental clinics nearby, we are happy to have found a much better clinic in the area.
