I use to go here. They treated me so good including Dr jay. BUT ONE DAY MY INSURANCE DECIDED THEY WERE NOT GONNA COVER SOMETHING !!!!! Literally like a 100 dollar service. And they denied me any further work until I paid for the service to be done completely, not even offered a payment plan. They literally held a tooth of mine that they extracted and offered to store safely for me for implanting, hostage, and refused to give it to me until I paid them what I owed, talking about they don’t trust me and this and that. disrespectful. As a patient, I expect basic courtesy and honesty—none of which I received during this visit. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before choosing this clinic. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

ITS 2025 AND THEY STILL CAN'T CHANGE THEIR RUDE BEHAVIOR! ALL OF THEM THE DOCTORS AND ASSOCIATES. THEY CANT EVEN ACCOMADATE THEIR PATIENTS ON THEIR DESIGNATED APPOINTMENTS! WE WAITED FOR 5 HRS, WE GOT THERE ON TIME, AND WE GOT A VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THE DOCTOR AND THE ASSOCIATES WHO KEPT MAKING EXCUSES AND THE AUDACITY TO BE RUDE ON US! HOW EMBARRASSING! HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS PROPERLY WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY TO GO HERE
My whole family have been a patient at Winnipeg family dental. This office provides excellent care . Dr Jay is the best dentist I have ever seen. Its a great dental office even if you have to wait for 30 mins or so for your appointment it’s worth it.
