As to the shared experiences on here in regards to Mr.Rosenbaun, I just wanted to share my frustration I've as well experienced all of that, however over time having him represent my matter I began to understand his techniques and though perhaps his manor can come across as rude, I believe, after him dealing with my case, that it was nothing personal. Wow! I couldn’t believe how unprofessional he was, even in just the first few minutes. The tone, the condescending manner in which he cut me off… I’m beside myself. I was just calling for some legal advice and when he was so rude, I started to say “ok, thank you for your—“ and he immediately cut me off, again, realizing that I was going to end the conversation and said, cheerfully, “bye bye!” Like maybe he’s used to this, and gets a kick out of it.
