James was incredibly helpful and worked around other contractors to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Even found a solution to another unrelated problem. Can't recommend enough.
I called them late on a Friday evening today and James was very straightforward and quite informative with his suggestions. I haven't used their services yet but based on the honest suggestions and generosity with the time he offered and great tips, I am almost certain that James will do an excellent job, if we decide to go ahead (depending on our timing and the budget). I highly recommend James for carpet stretching and repair.
