I called them late on a Friday evening today and James was very straightforward and quite informative with his suggestions. I haven't used their services yet but based on the honest suggestions and generosity with the time he offered and great tips, I am almost certain that James will do an excellent job, if we decide to go ahead (depending on our timing and the budget). I recommend getting in touch with them for your carpet installation requirements!
My partner and I recently purchased a home that had several large and very noticeable bubbles in the carpet. James fixed these bubbles very quickly and at a great price for the number of rooms that needed work. James was very friendly and we talked throughout the morning while he worked. I highly recommend James for carpet stretching and repair.
