Very happy with service provided. James is very pleasant and very willing to explain the repairs required throughout the process. Highly recommend.
James was very friendly & personable; he also kept me in the loop on all of the things / steps he was doing to fix the carpet. I also appreciated his help in moving a heavy piece of furniture I could not have moved by myself. I did think, though, that the price was a bit high considering the fix wasn't more 'perfect' (can still clearly see the outline of the patch where the pet damage was located). James was quick, friendly, gave me several options and was 100% honest about what his work was going to look like. My carpet looks soooooo much better.
Our cat scratched a small, deep section of our carpet and we weren’t sure how to repair it. Luckily James was quick to come over and explained the process of how to fix it. Watching him work was so interesting and intriguing to watch! I can tell he is very passionate about what he does. Will recommend him to anyone needing any carpet repairs!
