We had Kendra as our carpet cleaning expert and I could not say anything bad about her! She was phenomenal! Very friendly, informative, professional and easy to talk to! I would highly recommend using Mr. Carpet & duct cleaning for carpet cleaning services. Will be booking with them again in the future!
The team was prompt, thorough, and did a wonderful job cleaning both our carpets and ducts. The quote received was more than fair and matched the final total once the work was complete. They were able to squeeze us in and come basically a day after my initial call which was a nice surprise considering others had quoted higher and were booking 2-3 weeks in the future. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone in need!
