This team of Doctors, technicians and support staff saved my 5 year old American Bulldog’s life. Emergency surgery the day we brought him in. They briefed us and were in my opinion, very honest about the risk involved and what could happen. They were also upfront about the cost associated. These are very difficult decisions to make and I understand the negative comments and reviews because people are forced to make difficult decisions on the fly when emotional. We visited this clinic last night, and unfortunately, our experience was entirely negative. The receptionist who answered the phone was not only unprofessional and incompetent, but the woman working at the front desk clearly does not like animals — and such people should not be working in a veterinary clinic. Our puppy was presumably poisoned; we didn’t see what she had eaten. She was vomiting every five minutes and could barely walk.
