We had an emergency with our cat. I called in advance and the process was explained clearly over the phone. When we arrived, we called again and were let in almost immediately upon arrival with one other pet ahead of us waiting. Due to their construction, we weren't allowed to go inside but I felt that my cat was safe and being taken care of after I passed him off to staff.
