Lack of care with my cat, staff was unprofessional and unorganized. They didn’t even remember me coming in after I had just called 30 minutes prior and no one communicated my arrival. My cat wasn’t prescribed any pain medication and has been in distress after them using a scalpel for an infection. Returned him to me with blood on my carrier, never told me the sedation was necessary or even aware of it so I had to wonder why he was drooling all over. I can’t give a zero, so I’m giving you a one. I brought my little dog in because she was ran over by an adult, ten times her weight on a bicycle. My little girl wasn’t bleeding, she wasn’t limping, and other than the loud yelp she cried while getting run over and the scrape on her head, she was only shaken up from the outside.
