I get calls about every two week from some call center in Pakistan trying to sell me their service. I live in a condo and have baseboard heating. No matter how many times I tell them this they keep calling me. Tried to tell the guy on the last call and he started insulting me and swearing at me. Might be a scam, might not, but stay away from them anyways. I do not recommend using this company. They quoted $189 which seems fair. Upon arrival we agreed upon additional HRV cleaning for another $80. The workers were polite and courteous. Vents weren't covered to avoid dust contamination in the house, we had to dust and vacuum for 3 hours after they left. 2 days later dust was still spewing from one of the ducts. HRV had one vent cover cleaned which I did. After I did more research I have determined they do not use all techniques to industry standards as described by other Duct cl... read more
