I ordered windows replaced and it was relatively easy. We ordered and then installation took a day, plus another day for removing a window. Alex was also helpful with recommendations for painters as I work on updating my kitchen.
Update: Alex ensured all the issues I experienced below were resolved, at his expense. Scheduled promptly and was able to install my new door within a few days. Unfortunately the installer never hauled away my old door as we agreed in the upfront price but expected payment in full (before I realized it was left). He later said he'd be back for it next day but never showed. The owner didn't return either of my voicemails. The install also lacked attention to detail as there were several issues with the install itself. I'll go somewhere else next time.
