They are impossible to get a hold of. I had my windows installed with no issues, but when I followed up to get a small repair done about a year later, I was unable to schedule anything. No one is answering my emails or phone calls. It's really frustrating.
I ordered windows replaced and it was relatively easy. We ordered and then installation took a day, plus another day for removing a window. Alex was also helpful with recommendations for painters as I work on updating my kitchen.
Update: Alex ensured all the issues I experienced below were resolved, at his expense.
