Just want to say my daughter and I had a very pleasant visit at winning smiles. The staff is great particularly Brett DeLoach, He is extremely polite and knowledgeable… He made this visit a very nice one. He was kind and took the time to go the extra mile. Wonderful. Came by myself with 3 kids under 5 to the same appointment time and they were quick, efficient, and made the appointment seemless. Everyone was fun, caring, and kind. Would highly recommend.
I just had the worst experience at this location. The girl at the front desk was so rude, short and nasty. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago and they rescheduled it without my knowledge and when I showed up for my appointment they made it seem like it was my fault and refused to see me. I will never go back there again!
