This place has gone to absolute shit over the last 3 years. It’s a revolving door of Dr’s we’re on our 3rd ortho Dr in the last 6 months and every time we come here we sit here for an hour. What a shame, this place used to be fantastic. DO NOT come here!
Doctor Cody doesn’t wash his hands between patients.
Mother of 2 small kids goes in after being told that a small filling would be covered by their insurance company. Our Daughter missed school. She missed work and lost her wages. They carted our newborn baby around in 10 degree weather, across town. Just to be told that they do not accept our Daughter's insurance. It was a very sad moment, and a very defeating one. They had no problem telling us to pay out of pocket during the holidays. I am furious for them.
The dental assistants at winning smiles are very kind but the care my children have received is boarding on malpractice. After getting canceled the first time for my oldest for a cavity fill due to there not being a doctor there was no appointment available for three months. By the time my son came in for his appointment, his tooth had decayed so badly that they pulled his tooth. Dentist was horrible. He was watching TV half the time. He’s no longer there anymore which is a good thing. My husband had so many problems with his tooth. They sent him home with a really bad infection, which obviously got super worse. Horrible experience.
