Every visit we wait atleast an hour before being seen
Kids-friendly, kids-welcoming.
We’ve had nothing but issues with this place. The latest issue? We confirmed an appointment our child desperately needed and they still canceled it saying we never confirmed it. In the message it said we could still keep the appointment if we called, and when we did, they said nope the appointment is canceled but they won’t charge us for the cancelation since it was their fault. Cool, but no rescheduling options. Cool cool. Great place! I’m done with them.
Please take the information down off of your website stating that you accept adult as patients because at all of the locations they don't so when a patient goes online to Google this information and it says they do but then they call and you don't it's a real big inconvenience to the patient and the staff who has to endure the patient's calling stating they found this information on the website
Beyond upset with this dentist office. Our appointments are constantly cancelled. I reached out today to find out why our appointment was never confirmed with me, come to find out they have been texting and calling a phone number that does not belong to me or my family and that’s why our appointments are never kept. My child had a dental emergency and was unable to be seen for up to 10 days, just for them to cancel it. All because they were reaching out to someone who was not me.
