My sister and I had a delivery and installation, and removal today of two TVs and a Microwave. The job was a tad complex, but MORGAN and LOGAN were so obliging in all that they did going above and beyond. We could not have had two more friendly and helpful guys. Got a dryer I ordered from Appliances Online delivered and installed by Winning Services. The gentleman called Jagpreet was highly professional and helpful. He went above and beyond and even resolved the washer piping issues I was having, which was fantastic. Highly recommended.
Adam & Ahmad delivered my new fridge and provided excellent customer service They dismantled the water connection to my old fridge and removed it with no hesitation and kindly reconnected the water to my new fridge, they also cleaned up and removed all packaging. 5 star service and great people
Please hire professional people to work . Two India drivers delivered my fridge and washing machine. They couldn’t find the building, couldn’t find the road, and even couldn’t spell the road name. They couldn’t find the loading bay, and when they found the loading dock they refused to park the loading bay. The loading bay is outside and they said that was not high for the truck. Had my peloton delivered by these guys. When they first sent the email with the date, I was able to call and arrange for a better day when I would be home. Just this ability alone makes this the best big delivery I’ve dealt with as a customer recently (other than where you can select a delivery window at purchase). I spoke to Giselle (or a similar name) who was lovely and helpful. The guys who delivered to my apartment were also lovely and cheerful and set everything up exactly where I wanted it.
