My lower wire shifted while I was on vacation, and they were able to see me soon after to adjust the wire so that the sharp end of it wasn’t sticking into my cheek anymore. They even put something in place so that the wire wouldn’t move again. All of the employees were super nice and told me to enjoy the rest of my vacation when I left the appointment. I’m grateful for their help so that I could be more comfortable during my vacation.
