My lower wire shifted while I was on vacation, and they were able to see me soon after to adjust the wire so that the sharp end of it wasn’t sticking into my cheek anymore. They even put something in place so that the wire wouldn’t move again. All of the employees were super nice and told me to enjoy the rest of my vacation when I left the appointment. I’m grateful for their help so that I could be more comfortable during my vacation.

I love this orthodontist because they are so sweet and take really good care of my teeth every time I come. They picked out the best thing for my teeth to make them pretty and straight and I really appreciate it.
We’re from out of town and our little one popped her wire off. We called at 4pm and they penciled us in so we didn’t have to wait until next day. Hannah and Liz saved the day and their staff. Thanks to this wonderful staff! If we lived here we’d be patients! — thankful family from KY
