Yesterday I got my hair done by Shani. She had reassured me that she has been doing hair for years and I was in good hands. I have long hair that takes YEARS to grow, I asked for layers and was told what I wanted wasn't possible because I didn't have extensions? Totally not true. Ive had my hair cut in layers the way I desired perviously, she just is not educated on how to do it.
