Unexpected problems arise after they claimed the property needed to be inspected. All fans were dirty after apartment was cleaned! No shelves in the wardrobes Fly screen door had no rollers so if you wanted to open it you had to lift it , same to close it. Broken heater legs. Some fans were broken and not working. Oven door had no seal, so double the time to cook anything. Power point switch hanging out. No test tags on any electrical appliances, only one was due in 2017! We in 2026! I walked in, turned on the air conditioner and cockroaches fell out of the vents!! Disgusting!! Headache to deal with the air bnb side - a lot of miscommunication leading to a 3 hour delay in our day!
If you ever leave anything behind good luck getting it back. Left some high end cycling shoes my fault admittedly , called 2 hours later then got 2 weeks worth of excuses and run arounds to tell me it's wasn't there. What garbage
Worst experience with them. I would suggest all home owners to move their property management from them. Basic amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are not available in any washroom.Additionally, the hand wash is nearly empty. When called them for this service all they said we don’t provide them.
I would NEVER stay in a property from this company again. Mid winter, mid week paid over $190 a night which would be okay in a decent property but the unit was dirty, smelly and so out dated it looked like the furniture had been sourced from roadside pick-ups. The cushions on the couches were stained and disgusting, the doona was stained, as was the bedspread. Thankfully we had our own linen. The curtains were falling down, torn and dirty as well.
