Winnie and her assistants, including the construction contractor HL Construction selected by her, have done a superb job in helping me to sell my unit. The process was hindered by HOA issues. Thank God that I had Winnie to liaison between potential buyers, HOA, and me. For the unit renovation process, she kindly offered extra services to help moving my boxes to my other condo long distance across the Bay, tiding the garage parking space, buying new appliances, decorating my unit, just to say a few. Winnie is very patient and helped us a lot while we went through the property search; strategizing on price and terms, finalizing the purchase agreement, earned extra home credit ($6,200) for the repairs and HOA transfer fee credit ($350), followed through with the mortgage officer, selling agent & all parties and eventually closing the escrow on time! Really appreciate her professionalism and enthusiasm. Always responsive when we email & texted her for updates/question. Awesome agent who we met! Highly recommend. 👍
