I am a new patient of Dr. Tsai. She is very professional, yet friendly and engaging. I felt comfortable with her from the moment I met her.
Very nice and thorough first visit. Initially I was a bit worried due to a pre visit call about how insurance framework could limit the general physical. I actually wanted to cancel due to my frustration. But once I understood how insurance dictates billing and patient visits, I had no issues. Dr. T was easy to interact with and although the time was limited, we got thru discussing the myriad of concerns and making a plan to address those. Felt like she would be a good partner to work with for my on going health care.
Excellent doctor. Kind person, takes the time to listen, and is up to date with modern day medicine.
Dr. Tsai has been my PCP since my previous PCP retired. Over the time I’ve been seeing her, I have always felt listened to, comfortable, and had an overall welcoming experience. Always upfront, I previously had a visit, and she was cautious with questions and allowed me to ask what I needed while making sure I stayed within criteria of my initial visit, as to not have unexpected charges on billing.
Amazingly attentive and got back to me immediately with any information. She also got my prescriptions posted expeditiously
