I purchased a Ram 2500 in November 2025, and after only 30 days the engine developed a noticeable tapping issue. Since then, the truck has been sitting at Winnie Dodge Jeep Ram for nearly 4 months without a proper resolution. Communication and turnaround time have been very disappointing. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise others to consider this before doing business here.

Took my truck in had a recall for the trailer light and hook up, they lights could go out. Got there and about 1 hr I was on my way home. They or real good at Winnie dodge.
We had a poor experience with another local dealership. They were sneaking in extra charges and the math wasn't adding up, plus they were not being fair on our trade-in. Moreover, they were super ugly and unprofessional after we told them we were looking elsewhere at Winnie Dodge.
