I do like the home we purchased, but our home inspector did find several issues that the builder did address. Basically, the contractors cut corners and performed lower quality work, like not running the flashing on the side of the house over the brick and other things like that. They also DID NOT follow the plans they submitted to the city and built 2 escape windows in the basement. Greetings, I am a Winnick home owner since 2007. About 2 years ago, the step on my porch started cracking. I had a contractor take a look and they referred me back to the builder. I called the builder (twice now) and they are horrible. The man I spoke with was rude and condescending. He kept calling me " dear." Very dismissive. I have no hope of any resolution.
