Poor customer service. I made an appointment for an estimate for a master bath remodel. No one showed up on the day of the estimate. When I finally got a hold of someone, they told me there was a mix up and would get back to me about rescheduling. Catherine then emailed me and the only response was, "Misha cannot make it in the following weeks." I followed up with another email saying I was willing to wait and they have refused to respond to me.
