We brought mom into ER on an extremely busy day. We were placed in a small overflow room. In surprisingly short time the CNA came in, and shortly after John Kelly, NP came in. He was extremely patient, kind, and thorough. He took time to talk with mom’s PCP, got a thorough history, and explained the treatment plan. We couldn’t be happier with the care he and everyone at WinnMed provided!

We've unfortunately had to use the Decorah ER 3 time for my kids however, each time has been truly a great experience for an ER trip! The nurses are attentive and helpful and the Doctors have truly been amazing! I wish they were family provides instead! They don't force anything, ask questions, are patient and understanding. Even the hospital custodian was nice and had me in tears by genuinely asking if I was okay once. I'd highly recommend Decorah ER!
