Would not return! Hospital uses wrong codes and billed for dental insurance and will not honor their mistake and leaves customers with large bills. I filed a grievance letter to the hospital and they did nothing other than say go through your insurance. Would never return to this establishment again. Seeing other reviews I think the general public agree.

I went to Winn Med's emergency room last spring for a pinch nerve and the doctor had no idea what it was and he kept referring to my skin as dry. He went on to do both an ultra sound and x-ray which didn't really resolve anything because he didn't know where to look or how to find the origin of the problem. I left there confused, frustrated and in worse pain without any medication for the pain or recommendation on how to mitigate the pain. With my multiple experiences with this ER I am grossly disappointed. They sit around together in a big group laughing and giggling like a bunch of gitty twelve year olds while people need medical care. Complete rookies at IVs, blow out my veins leaving bruises. Prescribe emergency medication but have it filled at the wrong location. This is the over night staff but the physician was very good to me. If you feel like your interrupting their overnight giggle fest didn't worries it's not just you...

I called to make an appt for my son. My son was complaining about sore throat and it hurt to swallow. Called to see if I can schedule an appt. We ended up seeing a float nurse. Talked with the nurse over the phone, she said if it was viral he would not get an antibiotic. No kidding. I never asked anything about medication. Also I don't bring my children in everytime they have a sniffle, but that is how I was treated. He has a group of friends that had strep and so obviously I wanted it checked out.
