Winners retreat is my favourite place to relax and unwind after a stressful week. The staff are so kind and supportive and the service is top notch. Nicole gives the best massage ever!
Had a little glitch with the saunas/steam room not being turned on when we arrived, but had a lovely visit starting in one of the hot tubs. Steam was energizing great. Also enjoyed the cold plunge 🥶Staff were very considerate and attentive. Good value and will definitely be going back for a massage and thermal experience.
Nicole and the team were exceptional. They were able to accommodate a last minute need. The facilities were warm, beautiful and clean. And the massage itself was a deep tissue massage from Nicole. She was amazing. I highly recommend this Spa.
What a relaxing experience! The staff make you feel at home from the moment you arrive until the minute you leave. The hot tubs were serene and the saunas were relaxing hot. It’s a great get away in my own back yard. Highly recommend!
Had a deep tissue massage, which was amazing, and enjoyed the thermal spa experience. I've had some chronic pain and Nicole thoroughly addressed it. The thermal spa facilities really added that extra level of relaxation afterwards. It's such a cute setting, the team has clearly made a huge effort to build something nice.
