Don’t stay any longer than you must. There were a few criteria met. Pets for extra $, AC, W/D in the unit, dishwasher and attached garage. This place seemed like it would be an acceptable, albeit expensive, stop; Not so much. This is not a community nor a neighborhood. Worst experience ever renting. When I had an intruder, the police suggested I alert the office and maybe their staff would be on the lookout. I laughed/cried at the suggestion knowing they wouldn't do anything to help me. The next week when I emailed to ask for maintenance staff to please ring before entering especially when I am not expecting them and have no open maintenance requests (and that I had recently been the victim of a break-in) , I was hoping for an apology, but got "per section 3.7 of your signed lease agreemen... read more
