The place is going downhill for one reason and that is the front desk people have become rude and not helpful. They used to go out of their way to help. Now you’re lucky to get more than a 2-3 word answer. Really frustrating! Pretty easy fix though! After reading a few of the other reviews it seems this is NOT a one time occurrence. Hopefully someone in charge is reading the reviews and will do something about it.
Do not stay in room 132 , super loud because of the gate to get in the pool and for the building just right there you can hear the noise from outside And AC in the room is working so loud
We were booked in a studio room number 132. Impossible to have a relaxing stay in this room/resort. The gate to the pool is attached to the same wall as the headrest of the bed. Every time that gate shuts your whole bed shakes and it’s very noisy. Also, the hallway door is close to the room, so whenever that one opens and closes, you can hear it clearly inside the room as the entry door to the room is very thin.
