I wouldn't pay more than $200/night for this hotel. If you can get a good deal, it's worth it. Pros: Mostly clean (old carpet) rooms, full kitchens, lots of space, patios, the outside area is cute, firepits, pool table, hottub and solid gym. I was a solo female traveler and felt safe. Great place to stay We go every year to Solana Beach and always stay here.
Wonderful stay! Perfect place to relax and rest up for and event at Del Mar or a day at the races.
