Misleading pricing and hidden fees. Went to look at a CPO and liked the online price, car was in good condition with only some light paint scratches and chips. When discussing final price, the $1600 dollar lojack and "deductible waived" paint and interior repair was on the line item with little explination. They would not negotiate this away or down, and I don't think I would expect them to honor it, since the car was being sold with many paint chips and scratches. I had a normal state inspection today and the customer service in the service dept was very friendly and professional. Especially Brian. I watched him interact with some other customers before he got to my car and was incredibly kind and professional. Once he got to my car, he communicated so well and let me know when he would begin work on it and clearly answered all my questions of things that were wrong with my car.
