Scammers!!! They lock the gate before the officially stated hours and then fine you! Officially they close at 11 pm - we came to the gate at 10:53 pm - already locked . It takes you 1 min to get in and get your car !!! So we were on time. No phone to call to open the gate. The picture was taken after we tried to call to official number but it’s still before 11 pm. The ticket is for 100 CAD . Beware
Information inside the parkade says it closes at 11PM. Today I arrived at 10:50PM only to find it already closed. Impark support was unable to help me retrieve my car.
Safe and clean underground parking right in the heart of Vancouver, but I wish the parking space a bit more room in between.
