I've been going to Winner Smile since around 2014, when a large, chain-style dentist office told me I'd need a root canal and several other expensive bits of work done. Looking for a second opinion I found Dr. Naipaul and his team and haven't looked back (or needed a root canal). Dr. Naipaul is caring, direct, and really helps you understand your dental care from start to finish (I finally know what 'dry mouth' actually means now!!). We waited three months for this appointment and sat in the office for over an hour and a half, but the receptionist still didn’t let us see the doctor. She said she couldn’t verify my mom’s insurance, even though the insurance company confirmed it was active. The receptionist didn’t respect our time. She just canceled the appointment. Completely unprofessional experience.
Dr. Naipaul is always attentive. L, as someone who has always had an aversion to the dentist, he always puts me at ease in the chair. LOVE my smile!!
