The staff is friendly and efficient. Cody helped me through the whole process of getting my car fixed step by step and answered all the questions I had. The ladies at the front desk made waiting in the lobby a great time and always made me feel welcome. Thank you for the great service!
Poor service and failed to honor a safety recall on my Ford Fusion with a meer 70000 miles
If you can help it, find another dealership. Poor customer service on 2 occasions and couldn’t even get a call back concerning safety recalls. When I finally did speak to someone and expressed my frustration about the situation I was told I was free to find another dealership. So that’s what I did.
