Wonderful place and people
I’ve never been to a center that is so fast with insurance estimates and the communication was phenomenal. Felicia came to bat for me and was amazing with keeping me in the loop! highly recommend!
Worked with Felicia when my car broke down. She put me at ease while I was stressed out about making it to my job event on time. Work was done quickly, and efficiently. Prices weren’t terrible either.
Highly recommend this place. Felicia saved my life she is an angel! I'm not from this state and when I had my accident I was all alone and having a terrible anxiety attack thinking I wouldn't make it back home on time. Felicia made it possible and within 2 days my vehicle had been fixed. Thank you Felicia!
This location has poor customer service. Staff didn't communicate properly on what my insurance didn't cover until I picked up my car. The Wilmington,DE location is better. They're friendly're and communicate thoroughly. The Wilmington location washed my car every time I received service from them. The Dover location does the bare minimum. I only use this location because it's the closest to my house.
