My car stayed in the shop much longer than necessary primarily due to difficulties with the insurance company which were exasperating. But Felicia was our tiger-mom who fought and called and emailed them relentlessly while keeping me informed of every step. Often, we had to double team them to get them to respond! The repair cost more than I imagined, but the work is great. And they care about the details. Thank you!
I brought my car in for damage done from a deer. Felica was very communicative during the whole process and worked with my insurance very well so I didn't have to do anything. But the part where she and Winner Ford truly shine is when I ended up still having some issues after the fixes were all done. FELICA EVENGELIST IS THE BEST! SHE WENT OVER AND OVER THE CALL OF DUTY! IF YOU WANT HONESTY AND RELIABILITY WITH YOUR VEHICLE DONT NOT HESTIATE TO CALL FELICA. HER ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS FAR ABOVE HER PEERS. I HONESTLY DONT WANT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER AGAIN BECAUSE THAT MEANS SOMEONE HIT MY CAR BUT IT WOULD BE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH HER IF I HAVE!
It was the most pleasant automobile accident I've ever had. I had an appointment 36 hours after my car was struck. The service from Winner Ford Collision Center-Auto Body Shop in Dover was superb!
