Out of fairness, I will say this. My interactions were professional and I did feel as if I was heard when I expressed concerns. I appreciate the fact that they provided me with a rental car at their expense as well when the completion dates became overdue. I have no complaints about customer service. Workmanship is another story unfortunately. I was called on 1/6/26 saying that my car was ready to be picked up. I was lucky enough to get paired with Felicia for my repairs. Not only was she incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, she managed to help me get my car back to me on the day promised even with holiday delays etc. Felicia is truly an asset to your team and you’re lucky to have her!!
