Not 100% happy. Was there with my LandCruiser 76 series for a 140k service. Made the appointment via email a few weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment I brought the car 8:30 and the lady remembered my name, car and what's to do, I was impressed. Called in afternoon when the car would be ready to pickup and was told they need some more time and I should pick it up at 5pm. I arrived at 5 and the car was already outside the workshop. As someone who works in the service industry I can truly appreciate the client satisfaction, customer service and delivery and how accommodating these guys are. Work performed is always on point and on time, and they do go out of their way to make sure they can meet demand. Thanks guys.
Like the Casuarina store. The staff actually seem to know something about cars, and car parts. Slightly greater range of stuff than Casuarina but not so convenient.
These guys saved our skin, well actually our transmission. They fitted us in at short notice and did a grand job. Had our ute serviced at the main dealer the day before and having booked it in they serviced the engine but told us the transmission would need a service some time in the near future but had no time to do it. Winnellie did it with genuine Ford parts and stated that the oil was black and in real need of change. Very happy with these guys and $300 + cheaper. And the toilets were really good, like a five star hotel.... read more
Spoken too very abruptly by the lady that came out to serve me. If your business is unable to provide a vehicle/trailer inspection, don’t have multiple signs out front stating that you do. It’s not my fault you have unreliable employees. I towed my boat there which wasn’t convenient to me either, now you’ve lost a customer.
