Not 100% happy. Was there with my LandCruiser 76 series for a 140k service. Made the appointment via email a few weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment I brought the car 8:30 and the lady remembered my name, car and what's to do, I was impressed. Called in afternoon when the car would be ready to pickup and was told they need some more time and I should pick it up at 5pm. I arrived at 5 and the car was already outside the workshop. Very impressed with this workshop! We are from interstate, and needed a service done on our BT50. From book in to pick up, the whole experience was smooth and seamless. Full service was very reasonably priced, even had the old filters on the desk for inspection. Highly recommended! *Edit. Just looked under my ute to be pleasantly surprised to see texta marks on oil fillers on diffs, gear box and transfer case. Mazda never bother to check these, even though it is on their task list. Well done guys!
Spoken too very abruptly by the lady that came out to serve me. If your business is unable to provide a vehicle/trailer inspection, don’t have multiple signs out front stating that you do. It’s not my fault you have unreliable employees. I towed my boat there which wasn’t convenient to me either, now you’ve lost a customer.
Wow, just wow! If I could give 100 stars I would. The service here was BEYOND amazing. They were friendly from the moment I booked - through servicing and collection .They kept all items that were replaced on my vehicle to show they were actually replaced. As a female it can be overwhelming going to a mechanic for fear if being ripped off or having ingenuine repairs done or recommended- these guys explained everything in a way i could understand- didn't upsell or complete things i didn't need - and when it became apparent I ... read more
