In '23 we purchased a Winnebago View here, a little dealing and a fair price. Then an awning recall in '24 had us going to the Winnebago factory in Forest River Iowa where they performed the recall. Upon getting home the awning did not work. Numerous calls with the Winnebago factory produced no results other then bring it back (not I'm not loosing another 3 days of my life). Winnebago motor homes set up an appointment within a few days of my call. Nick, the technician, informed me completely what he was going to do to repair my van and kept me informed throughout the process. He completed the repair in a timely manner. Took photos and showed me exactly what he did. I am very happy with the results.
