One of the ladies in the nireach office is very rude and impatient . She acts as though she doesn’t want to help people in need. Speaks over applicants and rush you off the phone. No help at all .
Alex the maintenance guy for wcha is such a nice and professional guy. Always up beat and positive. I had a drain leak and he was willing too come in on a Saturday too fix it. It wasn't necessary too come right in so told him Monday was fine and he was here first thing and fix my sink leak. This man puts his heart into his work I'm very glad they have him cause things get fixed asap. Thank you Alex for a great experience!
