Stay away unless you're a redneck It is 20.00 a night for water. electric, sewer and 20 amp service. I do not feel safe, there apparently are no governing regulations. The neighbors ( rude and inconsiderate) woke me up at 1:45 with loud talking and music. The language was less than impressive. Then there is the car a couple of sites down that sounds as if it is dying and so they keep reving it and driving across the area.
