I hate how this place doesn't give customer change rolls for small businesses.
Bad service, bad rates, and poor quality all around. I’ll be taking my business to Verve. Having your entire online and mobile banking service fail, leaving customers unable to access their funds or even retrieve their account balance, is embarrassingly bad. This is completely unacceptable for a financial institution. i mean having three alerts on your homepage is so bad lol

I don’t have a account with this place anymore because I was charged fees for not having direct deposit and they even kept half of what I had in savings when I was forced to close the account and I was told if I didn’t close the account they would continue charging me for having a savings account so don’t consider opening a savings account here!
