The worst people and division i have ever been in. HOA is a huge pain. Money hungry insensitive people. Terrible choice. Makes me depressed being here.

I had put in a HOA request for a plumbing issue and Brian and Tim took care of everything quickly and efficiently I appreciate their work.

The management of Winn Ridge HOA is doing a very poor job. The fields have trash in them and the up keep of the public areas is very disappointing. The HOA does very little to enforce the rules of people keeping up the property. Garbage cans are left out, grass not cut, and abandoned vehicles parked on the street. We pay a lot of money for the HOA yet I’m not sure exactly what the money goes toward. The other communities around us have so many more amenities and the up keep of the area is much better than Winn Ridge

The worst HOA and Company... they want to charge you for everything and your money goes down the drain. Horrible and terrible maintenance in our communities, they have a person watching the houses to charge you, but not to preserve our green, clean and beautiful areas. The dog area looks like a cage, the soccer park looks like a jungle, the drainage area between English and Fuller RD is collapsing and nothing has been done. But they are very good at sending letters.
