Great cleaning system. A must have for everyone's home.
Val and her Kirby rep came to my house and demonstrated all the features of the Kirby. They both were very professional and even entertaining. I asked lots of questions and they answered them thoroughly. I purchased a Kirby and traded in my Rainbow. They said, if I have difficulty with any of the cleaning functions, they'll be happy to come back and show me the process. I call that going the extra mile!! Thanks Val and Must!!!

I had someone knock on my door and i normally don't answer the door to people i don't know, but this time I am glad i did. The young woman had told me what she was doing she was so sweet and treated me with respect. Anyway she told me that she was in the neighborhood cleaning one room of carpet for free. Of course i took advantage of her offer. About 15 minutes later that young woman and a young man came to my door and set up the machine.
