Every time I have my monthly RX filled there, it is wrong, delayed, or it takes 30 min or more to pick it up after they cant find it all, then realize some have not been processed yet. Only reason I go there is to get the GoodRx price, but it’s really not worth the headache every time.
They never answer their phone and I always request 3 months of my meds but they always do one month. Worst customer service I've ever had at a pharmacy.
Very understaffed a same day call in med took them 4 days to fill. Everytime I refill meds it takes days. Very disappointing
They never answer the phone. Rarely have prescriptions in stock. They are very understaffed. There is a pharmacy tech that is super helpful and friendly. Need more pharmacist. Need someone to answer the phone.
