Office staff need training. Billing Manager is unprofessional, lacks courtesy and doesn't return calls. Failed to tell me doctor was not credentialed and out of network. Billed for services I did not receive. I wish Dr. Aggarwal had not moved to this new practice. They charge twice as much for an office visit compared to the office she was with last year.

Dr. Alka has been my family physician for several years. I was pleased when she changed practices and reached out to her former patients. Dr. Alka listens and explains answers to my questions and concerns. She is thorough, knowledgeable, caring and an excellent physician. I would unconditionally recommend Dr. Alka. From my first contact with this facility the reception and interaction with the staff were excellent. They are courteous and professional.
