4 YEARS LATER There is a warranty given but surprisingly not reachable. The original owner Alex, older Ukrainian gentlemen, during Coivid decided to retire and he sold his business to a young person also named Alex. After several phonecalls and sent pictures of leaking window I heard that technician will call to arrange time for repair. That was beginning of August 2024. Called for a quote on a mechanical repair to a window to our balcony and for three door replacements for our tenth floor condo. I was refused since we are on the tenth floor. The guy on the phone didn't even want details. We have a huge balcony that wraps around the entire condo and the roof to the next section of the building is three floors below. Horrible way to treat customers.
Terrible company. Installation was botched. They never had the dignity to fix it . I have waited over a year. This is the company where you pay the money, then the service goes straight to 0 stars. I dealt with Igor and Mike was the installer. It is a huge regret. I have so much as begged this company to come back, not a chance. 14 months later, not a peep.
