I am totally surprised by all the good reviews here, this has not been my son's experience at all. He is still in the middle of a 6 month nightmare with his home unfixed and more damage done by whoever Winmar sent out to fix the original sewer backup damage. Winmar, or it's contractors have done a horrible job painting and repairing the drywall. They left paint on the new bath fixtures, on the tile grout and other places. A door and a vanity have been damaged. This home had just recently been totally renovated. The worst par... read more

Dealing with Winmar has been more than frustrating! It’s not about the workers themselves; it’s the management that’s the issue. They’re super unorganized and leave things half-finished, which just creates a mess with dust everywhere. None of the personal belongings are as protected as they should be, or promised to be. You never know when the crew is coming or not. No one follows up with you. And when they do show up, you constantly have to remind them about what needs to be done because there are always new people on the j... read more
