Negative 0 stars Terrible customer service and poor work. The office is great and the fan installation people are excellent but I warn people to stay away from the building side of things. They subcontract all their work and it is subpar to say the least. Because it is a strata complex they will also not relay any information on repairing the unit that you own. Poor customer skills and very poor workmanship, Matt Derish is the project manager and he will not talk to the homeowner and frequently ignores messages and phone calls. Stay away from This buisiness they subcontract all their work and it is subpar to say the least. If you are a strata owner he will not speak to you and says we are not the client so he will not provide any updates, timelines, or expectations.
