Winmar .. namely Rick and his entire Team has been and continue to be fantastic. I had a garage fire on a Sunday.. had a crew out within an hour an a half.. boarded everything up etc.. explaining absolutely everything in detail and making all the calls for the following day to be a whirl wind of stuff getting done. Garage was emptied out completely and taken over to the main office for sorting / cataloging etc. The amount of detail they outlined was incredible in the contents list. Called twice in December asking for help/details about lead abatement...nothing. The lady on the phone simply said "I left a message for (insert staff member name here)". Decided to wait until the new year to email....again no reply. Either Winmar is too busy, or doesn't want my business. If you need these types of services may need to find another company that actually responds.....
Cassandra and her team were outstanding. Cassandra managed everything with incredible efficiency and organization. She was professional and showed genuine conpassion. She kept us updated throughout the process and showed true concern for the emotional trauma we were going through after a friend passed away in our home unexpectedly. She understood our concern to restore our home as soon as possible, and her crew did a great job and worked till 1AM to accommodate our anxiety regarding the obvious clean up that needed to be don... read more
