I am a fan of Chinese carry out, had it in Chinatown in San Francisco, NYC, DC. In PR Chinese take out is incredibly good but since I moved to Baltimore I couldn't find a real good one, until now. Winli food is beyond good! Today I just ordered their House Fried Rice, it was full of goodies, the rice was soft and flavorful, the chicken and shrimp were not over cooked, really good stuff!
First time at this place and I was in utter disbelief. First the guy at the front told me there will be a 30 minute wait. It’s a carry out only. Then as I proceeded to order he said no the wait will be much longer. Obviously he didn’t want to wait on me for whatever reason. I promptly left and came to a much better place delicious food.
This place has some of the best Chinese food I have ever had! I got the veggie lo mein, Tom Yum soup and a shrimp egg roll. No complaints about any of it. Can't wait to try more!!!
We ordered carry-out last night from WinLi. Our order consisted of a quart of wonton soup, two special combination plates consisting of sesame chicken with fried rice and a shrimp egg roll and beef with broccoli with white rice and a shrimp egg roll. The wonton soup was hot, loaded with wontons in a tasty broth. My son enjoyed the beef with broccoli. What was disappointing this time was the sesame chicken that my husband ordered.
