My daughter, who lives in Nashville , had an incredible experience shopping in this store with Savannah. It was pouring out and we went in right around closing and she had said to take our time shopping as she didn’t want us to have to go back out in the rainstorm. We loved shopping here and she had so much patience and expertise in showing us all the products and benefits of them. We met the team from Photowalk Nashville at Winky Lux for my daughter's sweet 16 and everyone at the store (particularly Maddy) couldn't have been more accommodating and gracious. From putting together our gift bags and making purchase suggestions to pulling out a first aid kid when we unexpectedly needed it, the whole team went above and beyond. The photo spots are great, my daughter's friends LOVE their makeup and we couldn't be more grateful.
We had a great visit to this store during our trip to Nashville!!! The store manager, Maddy, was amazing! Great great customer service!
