My experience with winky was amazing. Found them while visiting in Vegas and got the CUTEST cat watch. it's super practical and super cute. and waterproof! The next day I noticed it stopped ticking and they were super great about finding a solution quickly. Keep up the good work!
Great customer service. I purchased 5 belts for my family and friends located on the east coast.
I don't think I have ever had such excellent customer service. I ordered a yellow slapwatch and got a defective band which would not hold the watch face properly (the watch would fall out of the band). When I wrote to ask what to do, I was sent a new much better band, that I really love. I have since purchased another (black) watch and love to interchange the band and watch face colors. I love these products. Thank you for all your help!!
