The total experience is awesome. Really great optometrist. Awesome range of glasses. The team who work out the front provide a really amazing service. They really pay attention and love their work. I really cant fault them
Kien and staff are very caring,knowledgeable of their craft. Always have the information explained fully and in a way I can understand. Always helpful and very trustworthy with the choosing of frames when you are unable to see. I have been seeing Kien for nearly 20 years and have recommended many friends who have also been impressed with him.

Hi my glasses arm broke off this arvo and I went to the shop in newtown to see if I could get the same glasses frame I had the lady was very helpful she put a spare arm on my glasses so I could wear them and ordered me a new glasses frame just have to wait for them to come to the shop and she will txt me thank you to this lady for all her help
