My son was having high fever (103+), bad cough, and bad diarrhea for 6 days, so I took him to Patient First Urgent Care, and was seen by Dr. Zan. After all the negative test results for flu/covid/strep/x-ray, he couldn't give a good/clean explanation, which is OK and understandable. But his attitude in answering my questions was very bad, rude and unprofessional, the worst I've ever experienced among many dozens of doctors I've visited. Also his medical knowledge is limited. My mother had a laceration between her thumb and index finger. She was seen by Dr. Winko Zan, who informed us that stitches couldn't be done if the injury has occurred more than 8 hours ago due to policy. He then said they’ll provide antibiotics prescription as the solution. He completely ignored asking if she had a tetanus shot, and after I asked if she could be given one, he mumbled many times and mentioned that no tetanus shots were available for elderly patients aged 65 and over and suggested she go to her primary care d... read more
Dr. Zan is a caring, knowledgeable, and accurate Dr. I would reccomend all of my family and friends to visit him.
He has the worst bedside manner. Will leave you all exposed for everyone to see. Very rushed doesn’t explain anything to you. Very rude and for what my insurance pay excluding my copay, I would expect better. I’ll be sure if I return to Patient First to not be seen by him. I would suggest not being seen by him as well if you can help it.
