I took my vehicle to Winkler because I had been hearing a strange noise for quite some time. I had taken my vehicle to the dealer on atleast 3 occassion's and to 3 other repair shops, but with no luck. Winkler not only found and repaired the noise but also discovered and repaired another issue that I had recently become aware but failed to mention to Winkler. I am very satisfied with my experience at Winkler. They even gave me a loaner for the time they serviced my vehicle. I will return for any future service needs.
On March 11, 2025, I had my 2020 Honda CRV serviced at Winkler Automotive Service Center. From the time I confirmed the service to be performed until I paid the bill, I received email messages of the service status. One week later, the Honda operates better due to the excellent service.
Reliable and honest. They sent us pictures of our car while they were working on it pointing out the pieces they were fixing. The car was finished on time and at the price quoted. Their estimate came in half the price of the dealers cost for the same repairs.
Had a wonderful experience! The service was great and the people are professional and really nice!
Always straight forward and transparent. Winkler is the most trustworthy auto care center I have worked with in ~30 years in the area.
