I was a Winkler Auto customer about 11 years before I moved out of Gaithersburg (and Mr. Winkler, himself, was still there). I don't care much for driving (to and from work is plenty), so didn't want to continue the 15-20 minute commute. Scheduling was super easy to start. The staff were very nice and reasonable. I needed a safety inspection for a newly registered car, had something stuck in my middle buckle, before making me have them replace the buckle, they managed to wiggle it out. Saved me $200! Definitely will go back for other services on mine and my husband’s cars.
