Battery installation: Very helpful installer- came and inspected and clearly outlined the system size choices. Accommodated my difficult battery position and assisted me with future proofing for when we need an EV charger. Communication was great all the way through the process. Very neat install and system functions perfectly. After-sales service was great with the inverter recall issue. Outstanding from beginning to end! Incredibly informative and transparent when quoting options at the start with none of the upsell that we experienced from other providers. Installation itself was efficient. Tradies onsite left the place cleaner than they found it, and took the time to walk us through the whole set up and answer any questions. Highly recommend. Everyone we encountered was polite, professional and genuinely passionate about their work.
I had a Sigenergy battery and gateway installed by Winki Energy. Starting off the quoting process with Jack was easy and straight forward. I changed my mind multiple times and frequently asked for more information or details. Jack was always friendly and helpful. The system and costing was very clear and detailed. Recently, I had solar panels installed by Winki Energy. The entire process was smooth, quick, hassle-free and professional. Their job and service were of a high standard, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. I really appreciate your help and the professional and friendly service throughout the process.
Disappointing after sales service. First point of call is mostly an answering machine and then they may get back to you. Needed to have the Sigenergy inverter replaced. Eventually I got a date to do this. When I texted the day before to confirm the replacement, they texted back late to tell me they weren't going to do it. I then had to wait another 2 or 3 more weeks for the replacement.
