Battery installation: Very helpful installer- came and inspected and clearly outlined the system size choices. Accommodated my difficult battery position and assisted me with future proofing for when we need an EV charger. Communication was great all the way through the process. Very neat install and system functions perfectly. After-sales service was great with the inverter recall issue. I had a Sigenergy battery and gateway installed by Winki Energy. Starting off the quoting process with Jack was easy and straight forward. We had panels and inverter installed in January and they seem to be doing their jobs. The process from quote to installation was excellent. No pressure whatsoever to go ahead and the installation guys did a great job, installation took a couple of days and Jack was happy to answer a few questions we had. A couple of cracked tiles that were replaced and I replaced a couple more around the edge where the fall protection was put up. Very happy with Winki Solar Torquay and would use them again
