Went with a friend to see him today because two years ago he did a cystoscopy, now it's time for the next one, Dr Winkler appeared extremely agitated not so good bedside manners I'm questioning if we should proceed with the procedure like I said I challenged him on a couple of things that he was saying and how he delivered what he was trying to say and he referred back to here just had a patient that that had bad results from going under anesthesia for a cystocopy at the hospital and he did not like that he would have prefer... read more

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or provide an update on your results. They called me today to confirm an appointment, which I declined based on my recent experience. I dropped off a urine test at their office on 10/1, and as of today, I still have no results. Between 10/1 and 10/31, I called the office 15 times. I only received two return calls, and both were after I left a firm voicemail. I missed those calls, but the voicemail they left said they don’t give results over the phone and only send them by email. W... read more

I have not had a chance to see him in the office. Nevertheless, Dr. Winkel is phenomenal it reflects in his work and attitude to everyone. He did a procedure on me just this week at the hospital and I would have not wanted anyone else to perform that surgery. Thank you Dr. Winkel you a d God and my wife have gave me life once again. @Anthony Julien
